Not sure of his age, but skin cancer is possible but rare in adolescents. Older you get, the greater the risk. Any lesion that has not healed in a month, should be reviewed. Besides the skin, not only bleed if something is wrong. This does not justify a visit to a provider of health services. Here's a hint. Sometimes a nurse or a doctor may be cheaper than a real doctor and is to handle almost any situation.

Moles often changes when they have cancer. But while found under the scalp lesion, at the top and see
Good luck
