Student Loans Blogspot What Does It Mean When My Student Loans Have A Zero Balance Due To A Claim?

What does it mean when my student loans have a zero balance due to a claim? - student loans blogspot

My student loans are Nelnet and I received a letter of instructions Nelnet payments stop. The reason is that my student loan account has been paid by demand and now has a zero balance. I have had since 1995, student loans, but filed for bankruptcy. What does this mean? What right to paid leave my loan? Me or someone else to sue for the money?

I thought that the law does not allow loans to students outside of bankruptcy. But you really should contact the provider of student loans to see what happens. You do not have your loan to another company if it is not sold because of its origin.
